At Sun Valley, we believe that pets are more than just “pets,” they’re a part of the family, which is why we love welcoming new furry residents into our community. Check out our pet policy below to see if your animal companion fits our requirements.
Our Pet Fees
• $500 refundable pet deposit at move-in
• $30/month rent fee per dog or cat
Our Pet Policy
• Sun Valley requires a $500 refundable pet deposit at move-in, plus a $30 monthly pet rent fee per dog or cat. Unauthorized pets found in your apartment home will be subject to a retroactive $500 a month pet fee up until the date the lessee registers the undisclosed pet.
• We allow dogs, cat, and large birds (Parrots, Cockatiels, Sun Conures) with no more than two (2) pets with a combined weight of 100lbs per apartment.
• Non-authorized dog breeds are: Pit Bull, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Wolf Dog, or any mix of these breeds. Property staff reserves the exclusive right to make a final determination as to the dog breed.
• No deposit is required for small birds, turtles hamsters, guinea pigs, and fish aquariums of 5 gallons or less.
• Please review the Animal Addendum for the full pet policy. We comply with all Fair Housing requirements. Valid service and/or support animals are not considered pets and are not subject to the pet policy.
